Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-08-12

1. Service Scope

RazorVid provides cloud-assisted multicam video workflows, including upload, processing, and render orchestration features.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for securing your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of footage and output you upload or create. You grant RazorVid a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service.

4. Project Contributions and Guest Uploads

Every person who uploads or adds video to a project must first agree to these Terms. By submitting footage, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily, that you have the necessary ownership, releases, and permissions, and that the footage does not violate another person's rights.

When you contribute footage to a project, you authorize the project owner and the project's authorized members to receive, store, process, edit, render, download, and use that footage as part of that project. This permission does not transfer ownership of your footage to the project owner or RazorVid. Guest uploads are subject to the same terms as uploads made by registered users.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use RazorVid for illegal content, rights-infringing uploads, abuse of compute, security attacks, or any activity that disrupts other users.

6. Availability and Changes

RazorVid may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may perform maintenance windows and emergency updates to protect reliability and security.

7. Limitation of Liability

RazorVid is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

8. Contact
